All consultation fees and course payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, consultation, or course session, a minimum of 3 days’ notice is required.
Requests made with less than 3 days’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Clients and students are expected to arrive on time for all consultations and classes.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients and students.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or class without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement session.
